Found this place on Facebook, and I’ll be honest, I originally thought it was a scam. However, it arrived on the coolest day (temperature wise) and still before Easter. They thoughtfully planned out the shipping because I live in Arizona. It was packaged securely and with more than enough ice packs to ensure nothing melted. We’ve already broken into the Easter chocolate as a family, and there is something for every tastebud. My husband loves the small batch filled fancy chocolates, my son is obsessed with his cookies and cream bar, and the dried fruit and nut chocolates are some of the best things I’ve ever tried. We can’t wait to break into the bunny on Sunday! Will absolutely be ordering from them again!

We couldn't be more thrilled with our custom holiday chocolates from Compartes! Despite our last-minute decision and the whirlwind of year-end schedules, they delivered right on time — a true Christmas miracle for our team at Applied Policy. The chocolates were not only delicious (yes, everyone raved about them!), but the packaging was flawless as well. Our logo was beautifully incorporated, and the presentation felt festive, elegant, and completely on-brand. It was the perfect gift to share with our clients and company friends. A heartfelt shoutout to Ben (Benjamin), who went above and beyond to make it all happen. His patience and professionalism - especially during the busy season, when I had numerous questions - made the process smooth and enjoyable. 🚨THIS IS NOT A RETAIL STORE🚨 yes, this is Compartes but if you're expecting what you see in the photos, you're gonna be disappointed because it's just for pick up. Expect to order online outside the store and they bring it to you in a matter of minutes. Good chocolate though! Too bad they don't allow for browsing. Edit on 12/14/25: I changed my rating because I made an order for 12 chocolate bars to be shipped and only received 11. No one communicated with me to offer a substitution or refund, so I got charged for 12 anyway. How extremely dishonest. Compartes will never get my business again.

We placed our order on the website and selected in-store pickup. We bought several bars as gifts and I was hoping to get a few more while at the store but it was closed. Apparently they have been closed for 3 years, I wish they would have made that clear because I could have bought all of the bars upfront and had them shipped. They're website displays a nice show room with bars everywhere and there is no mention of it being closed so I felt let down by this. Also I called several times with no answer 😐 -- including when I arrived to get my order. When you get there you're supposed to call and they will bring it to your car. Again, no idea until I got there and paid for parking across the street. Overall customer service could be better.
